Kelly is the creative mind behind the InspirED Network model. For over 30 years she has worked in nearly every facet of education, from PreK through post-secondary, and she believes culture must be built before learning can happen.
Before founding InspirED Network she was a classroom teacher, a district-level supervisor, and the international project director for a critical and creative thinking framework. She is a National Board Certified Teacher, first certified in 2000 and renewed in 2010 and 2020, and a professor in the College of Education at the University of Mobile.
